The 16-Week Video Course

As you’ve probably noticed by now, this isn’t a “Take this meal plan and follow it” type of program. This is a program where each weekly lesson will provide you with education and a specific topic, as well as action points, that you can take right away and plug into your nutritional approach.

I recommended going through one lesson per week, and implementing the action points from the worksheet, before moving onto next week’s lesson, making progress the whole way along. However, if you feel you need to take things a bit slower, or you feel you can nail these aspects more quickly, feel free to go at your own pace!
