Ep. 35 - Protein Q&A

I was asked a couple of interesting questions on instagram this week, and thought I'd go into a bit more detail by answering them on the podcast! 

The questions were:

1. Is it ok to eat all my daily protein in one meal or would it be better to spread it out?

2. If a protein powder contains BCAAs is that better than buying BCAAs separately?
